The key to a successful project is the initial
consultation. It is here that I will meet you in your surroundings and
acquire a feeling and understanding for your tastes and lifestyle.
I will discuss what you want to accomplish,
your budget, your timeframe, your needs and wants, and your preferences
in styles and colors. From all of this, I obtain a sense of who you are,
what you want, and the overall scope of your project.
From there, I will form a design concept,
which, with your input, will be refined until it meets with your
approval. This concept (MASTER PLAN) will contain all the elements as
well as prices, and a proposed timetable for implementation.
This MASTER PLAN enables you to control when
your project will be completed. You can add elements as desired and have
them harmonize with the rest of the plan, reinforcing the overall design
at every stage. |
